Shipping:
Items are usually shipped within 3-5 business days. When items are shipped, your account will be updated in the My Account area of the site. You can check your order status by logging in here.
Returns:
You must e-mail JonesLuxury.com BEFORE returning an item by filling out the Contact Us form. All returns must be received in new, unused condition with tags and no signs of wear. Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of original ship date. All refunds will be given in the form of a replacement item (if available) or cash back. Cash returns will be processed within 3-5 business days after receiving item(s). Original shipping fees are non-refundable; customer pays postage on all returns and replacement items. In all cases there will be a 15% re-stocking fee.
